Advertising terms and conditions

1. What Brihzoh Marketplace is
Brihzoh Marketplace is an online advertising board. Brihzoh does not sell, rent, employ, or act as an estate agent, employment agency or seller for any advertised item, property, job or service. Agreements are between the advertiser and the customer.
2. Review before publishing
Every advertisement is reviewed by Brihzoh. Submitting an advert does not mean it will be published. Brihzoh may approve, edit for clarity, reject, suspend or remove any advert at any time.
3. What you may not advertise
- Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods, weapons, drugs, or adult content.
- False, misleading or bait-and-switch adverts, fake prices or fake job offers.
- Adverts that ask customers to pay before seeing an item or property, or that request upfront "job fees".
- Photos or text you do not own or have permission to use.
4. Your responsibilities
- The information and photos are true and current, and you are allowed to advertise.
- You comply with laws that apply to your category (for example consumer, employment and property laws).
- You tell Brihzoh when an item is sold, a property is rented or a vacancy is filled.
5. Packages and fees
Package prices are shown on the advertise page and may change. Paid packages are only activated after Brihzoh confirms payment. Paid rental adverts and tenant contact unlocks are not offered until regulatory guidance has been received.
6. Contact clicks
Brihzoh counts when customers tap the WhatsApp button. These are contact clicks, not confirmed conversations or sales.
7. Reporting
Anyone can report an advertisement. Brihzoh may suspend advertisers who break these terms.
